Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) 
 

The SNF is a 30 bed licensed skilled nursing facility, which operates under Long Term Care regulations as defined by Title 22. The SNF practices an interdisciplinary team model, headed by the Medical Director.

The SNF provides skilled nursing care to an adult and geriatric patient population (age 18 and older).

The SNF offers a full array of skilled nursing services. These services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Basic Nursing Care
  • Oxygen Administration
  • Medication and Fluid
  • Administration
  • Insertion and Monitoring of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Devices
  • Resuscitation of Cardiopulmonary Arrest
  • Skin, wound, and Decubiti Care
  • Tube Feedings
  • PT/OT/Speech Therapy
  • Social Activities
  • Social Work Services
  • Discharge Planning
  • Patient/Family Education

The SNF is a 24 hour, seven days a week, 365 days per year and is staffed as such.

Patients visiting hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Only four (4) visitors at a time are allowed in patient rooms.

Visitors may be asked to step out of the room in order for the nurse to care for your loved one. A waiting area is located next to the elevators.
